About Gemini Twins Bakery

Welcome to Gemini Twins Bakery — where sourdough meets soul.

Hi, I’m Megan, the heart behind Gemini Twins Bakery. Though I live in the city, I’m a country girl at heart. My family and I run a small “city” homestead where we raise rabbits and chickens — a slice of country life amidst the urban buzz.

At the center of everything I do is my beautiful family. My loving wife and our three incredible children are the inspiration behind every loaf and every recipe. Our 17-year-old helps with homestead chores and baking, while our energetic 3-year-old Gemini twins light up each day with their laughter and curiosity. We love getting outside, hiking, and embracing nature whenever possible. Our dream is to one day live off the land on a piece of property where we can raise even more animals and live in harmony with nature.

My baking journey began in 2019 when I started searching for a better way to nourish my family. That’s when I discovered sourdough. It wasn’t easy at first — trust me, there were plenty of failed starters — but through trial, error, and lots of love, I found my rhythm. Sourdough became more than just bread; it became a passion, a purpose, and a path to health and happiness.

Gemini Twins Bakery is more than a place to buy delicious baked goods. It’s a piece of our family story — one filled with dedication, dreams, and the joy of crafting food with intention and care. Each creation is rooted in love and made to be shared.

We invite you to become part of our journey. Taste the difference, feel the connection, and join our growing community of sourdough lovers. Thank you for supporting Gemini Twins Bakery — where every loaf has a story.
